Are you an organised and commercially minded Account Manager with experience delivering experiential or out-of-home campaigns?

Relish is looking for a confident and proactive Account Manager to join its growing team. In this client-facing role, you'll take ownership of campaigns from initial enquiry through to final delivery, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.

You'll build strong relationships with clients, retailers, and suppliers while balancing project management, commercial responsibility, and day-to-day account growth.

As Account Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of allocated client accounts and experiential campaigns. You will work closely with the sales team, clients and external suppliers to turn ideas and enquiries into successful, measurable activations.

You will also manage a portfolio of retailer relationships, monitor revenue and forecasts, communicate pipeline updates and ensure that agreed KPIs and service levels are achieved.

Key responsibilities

• Manage experiential, sampling and out-of-home campaigns from briefing through to completion.
• Support the sales team in converting campaign opportunities and delivering against client expectations.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with allocated clients, retailers and suppliers.
• Independently manage inbound enquiries, insert advertisers, bookings and allocated projects.
• Coordinate with experiential, print and packaging suppliers, negotiating effectively to achieve high-quality and commercially competitive outcomes.
• Create and manage detailed project plans and critical pathways, identifying potential delays, risks and contingency requirements.
• Monitor campaign budgets, commercials and profitability.
• Maintain accurate revenue forecasts, pipelines and account updates.
• Ensure client and supplier KPIs, service levels and deadlines are consistently achieved.
• Identify suitable brands for campaigns and undertake outreach to both new and existing contacts.
• Spot opportunities to increase revenue and client spend across allocated accounts.
• Prepare clear, persuasive presentations, proposals and strategic narratives for client and supplier meetings.
• Attend and occasionally present or pitch during client and supplier meetings.
• Manage essential campaign administration, including supplier set-up, purchase orders, billing, invoicing and payment terms.
• Travel independently to client meetings and campaign locations when required.

About you

You will be confident, enthusiastic and motivated, with the ability to build credibility quickly with clients and suppliers. You will enjoy working at pace, balancing commercial conversations with detailed project administration.

To be successful, you will ideally have:

• Experience delivering experiential marketing or out-of-home activations.
• An interest in developing a career in marketing, account management or campaign delivery.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines and changing priorities.
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
• A confident communication style across telephone, email, face-to-face meetings and presentations.
• Good commercial awareness and strong negotiation skills.
• Confidence working with numbers, budgets and Microsoft Excel.
• A practical, solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
• The ability to work collaboratively while also taking independent ownership of projects.
• A flexible and positive approach to change.
• Availability to work outside standard hours occasionally when campaigns or client meetings require it.

Desirable experience

• Previous experience working within a marketing agency.
• Knowledge of the FMCG, health, beauty or fashion sectors.
• Experience identifying and developing commercial opportunities.
• An interest in social media.
• A full, clean driving licence.
