Business Manager – Bristol
 
We are recruiting for an experienced Business Manager, Transaction Manager or Automotive Sales Manager to join a successful main dealership in Bristol. Applicants must have previous automotive Business Manager, Transaction Manager or sales management experience, strong knowledge of automotive finance, insurance and compliance, a Full UK Driving Licence and the right to work in the UK.
 
Location: Bristol
Salary: £35,000 basic
OTE: £60,000

Business Manager Role

• Support the Sales Team in maximising vehicle, finance and protection opportunities
• Present finance, insurance, warranty and protection products clearly to customers
• Tailor finance and protection options to individual customer requirements
• Ensure sales are completed compliantly and meet regulatory standards
• Drive departmental performance against agreed sales and finance targets
• Deliver a professional and transparent customer journey
• Build strong working relationships with customers and the wider Sales Team

 
Business Manager Requirements

• Previous experience as a Business Manager, Transaction Manager or within Automotive Sales Management
• Strong understanding of automotive finance and insurance products
• Good knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to perform within a fast-paced, target-driven dealership
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
