Early Years Teacher

A wondeful nursery in the BS5 area are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join their welcoming and supportive team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic educator who is committed to providing exceptional learning experiences and fostering a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children's development during their crucial early years, delivering engaging and creative learning opportunities in line with the EYFS framework.

What you’ll be doing:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality learning experiences in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor, assess, and record children's progress and development.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Support children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare requirements are consistently met.
• Contribute to the wider life of the setting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS).
• Experience working within an Early Years setting.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and child development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A nurturing, creative, and child-centred approach to teaching.
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
