Foreman Driller – Ground Source Heat Pump Projects

Piling Recruitment Group (PRG) is recruiting on behalf of a growing specialist drilling contractor looking to appoint an experienced Foreman Driller on a permanent basis.

The role will involve drilling and installing boreholes on Ground Source Heat Pump (GSHP) projects, working across projects throughout the UK.

The Role

As Foreman Driller, you will take responsibility for the drilling operation on site, working alongside an Assistant Driller to safely and efficiently deliver borehole installations.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day drilling operation, productivity, equipment and ensuring works are completed safely and to the required standard.

The position offers a competitive salary dependent on experience, together with an attractive meterage-based performance bonus offering additional earning potential.

Requirements

Previous drilling experience is essential, ideally within:

• Ground Source Heat Pump boreholes

• Geothermal drilling

• Water well drilling

• Borehole drilling

• Geotechnical or similar drilling environments

Previous experience leading a drilling crew or working as a Lead/Foreman Driller would be highly advantageous.
