WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO

Forget tea-making and filing.

You’ll get real responsibility from day one, including:

• Talking to candidates and build relationships
• Find great people using LinkedIn, job boards, AI & recruitment tech
• Compile job adverts and outreach messages
• Match people with exciting career opportunities
• Arrange interviews and manage the recruitment process
• Work towards targets and earn commission

No recruitment experience? No problem.
We’ll give you the training, tools and support to become brilliant at it.
