Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Gas & Boiler Works:
  • Service, fault-find, and repair domestic gas boilers, fires, and cookers.
  • Carry out full central heating installations and boiler replacements.
  • Conduct official CP12 Landlord Gas Safety checks and issue legal compliance certificates. [1, 2, 3, 4]

• General Plumbing:
  • Fix cold and hot water supply issues, pipe leaks, valves, pumps, and cylinders.
  • Install and repair sanitary ware, radiators, and bathroom fixtures. [1, 2, 3]
  
  
  • Work respectfully inside occupied residential homes, keeping workspaces clean and tidy.
  • 8:00am - 17:00pm 
  • Overtime and on call work available 
  • 5-days a week
