Job Description:

HGV Class 1 Day Drivers - Full Time Ongoing
 
Location: Severn Beach, Bristol
Pay Rate: £18.74ph - £21.89
Shift Pattern: 5 on, 3 off
Start Times: Between 05:00 – 09:00 AM

Bonus scheme running from October 11th - January 3rd. £90 paid per week, for each week worked. £50 paid within the week, £40 banked and paid at the end of the scheme.  This is dependant on absences, incidences and delivery performance. 
 
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced HGV Class 1 day drivers to join a leading logistics provider on an ongoing basis. This is a physically demanding role, and drivers must be prepared to handle a variety of goods. Duties include:

• Delivering products including white goods such as washing machines, tumble dryers, fridges, and freezers (not palletised)
• Handling TVs, microwaves, and other electrical appliances (some palletised)
• Heavy lifting and manual handling required
• Ensuring all deliveries are completed efficiently and safely

The Right Candidate:

• HGV Class 1 (C+E) Licence with a minimum of 2 years UK experience
• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card
• Physically fit and able to commit to a long-term role
• Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
• Reliable, professional, and committed to high service standards
