An ambitious and fast-growing Bristol business is seeking a commercially focused Part-Qualified Management Accountant to join its finance team on a 9-month fixed-term contract. Reporting directly to senior finance leaders, you will play a key role in driving financial performance, budgeting and business decision-making.This position offers excellent exposure to commercial finance, stakeholder engagement and strategic projects, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Production of monthly management accounts
• Budgeting and forecasting support
• Variance analysis and financial reporting
• Business partnering across operational teams
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Supporting year-end and audit processes
• Driving process improvement initiatives

About You

• Part-qualified ACCA or CIMA
• Management accounting experience gained within industry
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Confident dealing with non-finance stakeholders
• Ambitious and career-driven

Package

• £40,000 - £50,000 salary
