Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Bristol
Salary: £28,000 per annum
Hours: Monday - Friday, split day shifts between 6:00am - 7:00pm
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
 
A prestigious FM service provider is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join their engineering team at a commercial static site in Bristol, with occasional cover required across four additional sites. What you'll do:

• Carry out basic planned and reactive maintenance across a commercial building.
• Complete minor repairs and general maintenance tasks including basic fabric repairs, fixtures, fittings, doors, and other building services requirements.
• Respond to maintenance requests and ensure faults are dealt with efficiently to maintain smooth site operations.
• Carry out routine inspections and identify any maintenance issues requiring further attention.
• Oversee stock levels and materials, ensuring required parts and supplies are available to support service delivery.
• Support maintenance requirements across four additional sites on an occasional basis.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure all works are completed safely and in line with site procedures.

What you'll bring:

• Previous experience within a maintenance, facilities, or building services environment.
• Good practical maintenance and repair skills.
• Ability to carry out basic building fabric and general maintenance duties.
• Good organisational skills, particularly around stock and materials management.
• A proactive, reliable, and professional approach to maintenance.
