We're looking for a polite, well‑spoken Patient Administrator to be the first point of contact when patients arrive at the practice. It's a straightforward front‑desk/admin role with a focus on accuracy and good communication.

Main duties

• Checking patients in when they arrive

• Scheduling and managing appointments

• Completing pre‑treatment paperwork

• Keeping patient records accurate and up to date

• Responding to general admin - calls, emails, messages

• Being a calm, friendly face at reception
