Pre-Construction Director – South West

Bristol | £130,000 + Up to 30% Bonus + Car/Allowance + Package

£200m projects. 20-person team. One of the biggest pre-construction leadership roles in the South West.

A major UK contractor is appointing a Pre-Construction Director to lead its regional work-winning function from Bristol.

Reporting directly to the Regional Director, you’ll lead Business Development, Pre-Construction, Design and Commercial, shaping which projects the business targets – and how it wins them.

The Brief

• Lead and develop a 20-strong team
• Own regional pre-construction and work-winning strategy
• Drive client relationships and early project engagement
• Lead major tenders and project pursuit strategies
• Influence the wider direction and pipeline of the region
• Oversee projects and tenders valued up to £200m

The Pre-Construction Director will come from a Tier 1 or major main contractor with strong leadership credentials, major tender experience and knowledge of public/private procurement and frameworks.

The Reward
