Project Manager – Earthworks & Civils

We are currently looking for experienced Project Managers with a strong background in earthworks and civil engineering to join our growing team.

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of civil engineering and earthworks projects across the UK. Projects are nationally based, so candidates must be comfortable with regular travel and working away from home when required.

You will take responsibility for projects from planning and mobilisation through to completion, ensuring they are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of earthworks and civil engineering projects.
• Taking full responsibility for project programmes, budgets, resources and delivery.
• Leading and managing site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Working closely with clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
• Ensuring projects are delivered to the required quality, health & safety and environmental standards.
• Monitoring project progress, costs and performance.
