Project Manager – Demolition & Groundworks

Location: Bath
Duration: 6 Months
Start: Immediate
Rate: £330 Day Rate

Pro Staff Construction are working with a specialist subcontractor who is delivering a demolition and groundworks package on a new build commercial project in Bath.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to take responsibility for the day-to-day management and delivery of the package, working closely with the main contractor and site teams.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience managing demolition and groundworks packages
• Previous experience on commercial construction projects
• Ability to manage subcontractors, programme, health & safety and site coordination
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid
• Strong communication and leadership skills

This is an immediate start with approximately 6 months' work available.
