Quantity Surveyor – FREELANCE outside IR35  - Civil Engineering packages

BRISTOL  Circa £450per day long term role – long term projects

Avonmouth project with others to starft soon 

Freelance Quantity Surveyor needed to manage the cost controls and cost reporting on civil engineering projects, typically  valued at circa £1m - £4m.

Quantity Surveyor should be self sufficient and be able to manage their own workload and responsibilities.  Predominantly a site based role.

• The main site is in Exeter, with future work in Shaftesbury   
• NEC form of contract
• Reporting to Commercial Manager on project costs
• Working for a very established long established reputable business
• All clients are large blue chip construction organisations

Works will typically include:

• Bulk excavation, ground beams and floor slabs
• Pile caps and foundations
• Specialist tanking installation
• Retaining walls and substructures
• Reinforced concrete sub-structures and any formwork
• External works and hard landscaping
• 278 works, car parks, etc
