RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER | BRISTOL

Bristol | £45,000–£70,000 | Hybrid + 9-day fortnight

An award-winning specialist residential property firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Lawyer to join its growing Bristol team.

With 15+ years of success, a national presence and a team of 70+ property professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded conveyancing business with a strong HNW client base and established introducer relationships.

⭐ THE OPPORTUNITY

• Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions
• Handle freehold & leasehold sales and purchases, lease extensions, refinancing and transfers of equity
• Build strong relationships with estate agents and broker introducers
• Work closely with a small team of Paralegals and Assistants
• Coach, mentor and develop junior team members
• Genuine long-term progression within a growing business

ABOUT YOU

• Circa 4+ years’ PQE in residential property
• Solicitor, CILEx or Licensed Conveyancer
• Strong technical residential conveyancing experience
• Excellent communication and client management skills
• Previous experience managing, coaching or mentoring junior team members
• Ambitious and keen to develop your career
