Saw Operative – Permanent Night Shift

Location: Patchway, Bristol
Hours: 22:00–06:00, Sunday to Thursday nights
Pay: £19.87 per hour

We are recruiting an experienced Saw Operative to join a large, well-established national company based in Patchway, Bristol.

This is a fixed night shift position, working 22:00–06:00 from Sunday to Thursday, with no rotating shifts.

Duties will include:

• Operating industrial saws and cutting equipment safely
• Measuring and cutting materials accurately
• Reading and following job specifications
• Completing quality checks
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working closely with the wider production team

Essential requirements:

• Previous bandsaw or industrial saw operating experience
• Experience within a similar manufacturing or production environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• A reliable and safety-conscious approach
• Ability to work a permanent night shift
