This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Community Care Assistant to join a friendly care team in North Bristol.  You will be supporting the Care Teams in Stoke Gifford, Fishponds, Patchway and Kingswood.

You’ll be joining a family-focused, supportive and positive team where residents are at the heart of everything they do.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a Senior Care Assistant – essential
• NVQ Level 2 & 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
• Caring, reliable and committed approach
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Clean UK Driving License & Vehicle
