Senior Construction Logistics Manager
Bristol (near Bridgwater) | £120,000 per annum (approx. £2,300 per week) + 10–12% bonus | Full-Time | Site-Based

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and deliver the overall logistics strategy for a major construction site
• Manage day-to-day site logistics including material movement, traffic management, and delivery scheduling
• Oversee a team of Logistics Managers ensuring smooth and safe operations
• Coordinate with project teams to align logistics with construction programme requirements
• Maintain high standards of safety, efficiency, and communication across all logistics activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Senior Logistics Manager on major construction or infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership skills managing logistics teams and subcontractors
• Excellent knowledge of site logistics planning, health and safety, and construction sequencing
• Ability to work full-time, site-based with strong organisation and communication skills
