Job Description:

Senior Quality Engineer

Bristol-Fully onsite with occasional site visits

£45,000-£50,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and improve the QMS
• Lead and develop the Quality team
• Conduct root cause analysis and drive corrective actions
• Ensure documentation, traceability, and compliance
• Reporting directly to the managing director

Skills & Experience:

• Experience in quality engineering within manufacturing
• Knowledge of relevant quality standards (e.g. AS9100)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Leadership and communication skills
