Site Manager – School Refurbishment Project

Bristol (BS2 8BE)
£230 - £240 per day
Start: Monday 21st September 2026

Frontline Construction Recruitment is recruiting an experienced Site Manager with an Enhanced DBS Certificate for an established contractor delivering an internal refurbishment project at a school in Bristol (BS2 8BE).

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with experience coordinating finishing trades and delivering high-quality refurbishment projects safely and on programme.

The Project

• Internal finishing works
• M&E installations
• Flooring
• Decorating
• Coordination of multiple finishing trades

Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinate subcontractors and finishing trades
• Ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries
• Maintain excellent health & safety standards throughout the project
• Liaise with the client, project team and subcontractors

Essential Requirements

• Enhanced DBS Certificate
• SMSTS
• First Aid at Work
• CSCS Card
• Previous experience managing refurbishment or internal fit-out projects
• Experience coordinating M&E and finishing packages
• Strong organisational and communication skills
