Job Description:

Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a major construction project in Bristol.

The project is a £130m high-specification development, with the successful Site Manager responsible for managing a package valued at up to £10m. The project involves complex construction, commercial fit-out and high-quality internal works, offering the potential for several years of continued employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations and delivery of a major package.
• Coordinate subcontractors, labour and site activities.
• Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to a high standard.
• Manage quality, inspections, RAMS and site documentation.
• Work closely with the Project Manager, engineers and commercial team.
• Monitor progress and resolve site issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
• Liaise with the client and wider project team.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager on major commercial projects.
• Experience managing packages of £5m–£10m+.
• Strong commercial fit-out / high-specification construction experience.
• SMSTS – essential.
• CSCS – essential.
• First Aid – essential.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
