Pay Rate: £14.29 - £19.33 per hour, holiday pay inclusive*

Your Role as a Support Worker:

• Supporting individuals with mental health and substance abuse conditions in a residential and community setting
• Encouraging independence with daily living tasks
• Supporting service users with hobbies, activities, and social engagement
• Building positive, professional relationships with people who have varying needs and abilities
• Promoting dignity, respect, and wellbeing always

Requirements:

• Aged 18 or over
• Right to work in the UK (no sp0ns0rship available)
• Minimum 6 months’ experience in a healthcare or support setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Have a full UK Drivers licence and access to your own vehicle 
• Ability to build rapport with vulnerable adults
