Pay: £110 per day

Hours: Full-time and part-time opportunities available

Prospero Teaching are currently recruiting a Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about education who enjoys supporting pupils in their learning and helping them reach their full potential in a positive and inclusive environment.

The successful candidate will work closely with teachers and support staff to provide classroom assistance, deliver targeted interventions, and help create an engaging learning experience for all pupils.

• Supporting pupils in the classroom with their learning and development
• Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities
• Providing one-to-one and small group support where required
• Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting pupil engagement
• Supporting pupils with additional learning needs when necessary
• Helping to create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
• Communicating effectively with teachers, staff, pupils, and parents where appropriate
• Ensuring safeguarding responsibilities are always met

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable but not essential)
• A caring, patient, and enthusiastic attitude
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An enhanced child workforce DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply
• Right to work in the UK
