Salary: £15.00 - £18.00 per hour (depending on experience and payroll option)

Are you an experienced and qualified Early Years Educator looking to take the next step in your childcare career?

We are seeking a dedicated Toddler Room Leader to join a welcoming nursery in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate practitioner with strong leadership skills and substantial nursery experience to play a key role in delivering outstanding early years education and care.

• Full-time position with 35-40 hours per week
• Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 - £18.00 per hour
• Weekly pay via PAYE or Umbrella

• Lead and manage the toddler room, ensuring high standards of care and education
• Deliver engaging learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
• Support children's emotional, social, physical, and cognitive development
• Mentor and support room staff to maintain best practice
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, health & safety, and nursery policies
• Maintain accurate observations, assessments, and children's records

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (CACHE, NVQ, Diploma, or equivalent) - Mandatory
• Minimum of 5 years' experience working within a nursery setting - Mandatory
• Experience leading a room or supervising staff is highly desirable
• Level 5 qualification in Early Years or Leadership - Preferred
• Previous professional childcare experience - Mandatory
• Minimum of 24 months of referenceable employment history - Mandatory
• Professional references must be provided from company/professional email addresses only - Mandatory
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
• Right to work in the UK
• Strong communication, organisational, and leadership skills
