Coyle Personnel are currently recruiting for Traffic Management Operatives to support a range of upcoming projects for a new client across Bristol and the surrounding areas. Whether you're looking to supplement existing work or secure flexible shifts around your availability, we'd like to hear from you.

The Role

You'll be working on a variety of traffic management schemes, ensuring the safe and efficient movement of vehicles and pedestrians whilst maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Typical Duties Will Include:

• 2-Way Manual Control Traffic Lights
• Multi-Phase Manual Control Traffic Lights
• Road Closures
• Depot-Based Duties
• Traffic Management Set-Up & Maintenance
• Supporting Site Teams with Safe Traffic Flow Management
• Ensuring Health & Safety Standards are Maintained at All Times

📍 Bath, Bristol & Surrounding Areas

Duration

✅ Temporary / Short-Term Assignments
✅ AD HOC Agency Work

Hours

• Days, Nights & Weekend Shifts Available
• 10-12 Hour Shifts

Required Qualifications

Applicants must hold one or more of the following:

• NRSWA Unit 1 (Signing, Lighting & Guarding)
• TTMBC
• T1/T2
• Gate Air Lock
• 12D M1/M2
• 12D M5
