Job Description:

A loyal client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Commercial Director with immediate effect. 

Your new company are an established regional Main Contractor, operating within Commercial New Build, Refurbishment / Fit Out / Cut & Carve, Cladding / Facade, and Residential. Project values are typically up to £40M. 

The successful candidate will be based out of my clients Bristol office, and be responsible for aspects such as Risk Management, Financial Control, Cash Management, Process & Administration, Commercial Audits, P&L, Board level meetings / Reports, and management of a Regional Commercial Team, whilst reporting into a Regional Director. 

Additional: 

• Salary – Up to £125K (subject to experience). However, this can be negotiable for the ideal candidate.
